We strictly follow quality control requirements, trial assembling work is important step.
Main purpose of trial assembling work is to check machining precision and connection condition in advance ,ensuring the whole installation process is smooth on site, meanwhile, find design and fabrication defection in advance and correct them in advance.
Check if deviation of the size of main raw material and auxillary material and connecting plate and deviation of hole distance, hole diameter,member length are within the requirements in the design drawings. Ensure bending degree and distortion degree is within required range, no obvious scratch and dent and distortion defect exist.
